Some adjustements:
- Work needed to build the rough faux wall 200 instead of 250 (buildable vanilla walls 135)
- Raised the smoothed faux wall HP base from 350 to 410 (so there is an incentive to smoothing them)
- Also smoothed faux walls are now not flammable, the rough ones still are like any buildable vanilla wall.
