This update is pretty big one.

1. 5 new Civics:

1) Distributism (spiritualist/egoist) - somewhat "ethical" market economy, can't be Fanatic Egoist, have Free Market and Mogul jobs. Thanks to the community for this idea.

2) Martial Brotherhood (militarist/altruist) - I had to separate some meanings from Stratocratic Republic, but I believe the resulting idea is pretty consistent.

3) Innovative Economy (egoist/materialist) - this civic replaces Ruthless Industrialism to cover "capitalist/industrialist" theme. Ruthless Industrialism is now solely Fanatic Materialist and represents generic "Fanatic Industrialism" instead of Master Engineer. which was disabled.

4) Star Settlers (pacifist) - new Pacifist civic, covering for Land of Plenty, which now belongs to Altruist/Materialist ethics (to balance new Distributism civic, which is Egoist/Spiritualist)

5) Labour Unions for Corporate Authority - people have been asking for this for a long time.

Civic "Trade League" is now belong to Egoist/Pacifist ethics combination.

Civic "Consumerism" is now non-Altruist, increases Egoist attraction and generally opposes "Welfare State" (which is non-Egoist).

2. Civic "Innovative Culture" renamed for "Creativity Culture" and now gets Unity for Research Institute.

3. Evolutionary Architects civic is now Fanatic Materialist, gets Unity for Clone Vats and generally opposes Ruthless Industrialism, as they are considered to represent different "specializations" of materialism.

4. Machine Cult civic has been a bit nerfed (bonuses for robot upkeep/output lowered), but now also get Unity from Robotic Factory.

5. New Goverment "Private Military Corporation": Corporate authority, Fanatic Militarist ethos, War Engineers civic.

6. Fanatic Libertarian ethic now gets Stability malus instead of Crime - I was suggested to change this, as Crime malus means that you will have to create more Plice jobs, which is thematically inappropriate, while Stability malus generally means that you will have to make your pops happies through satisfying their Faction needs.

7. Fanatic Egoist ethic now gets Crime malus instead of Unity.
