Minor update.

Stratified Economy living standards is allowed for Authoritarian/non-Altruist.
Elitism faction demand (Capacity boosters policy) moved from Authoritarian to Egoist faction. Altruists will hate it now, instead of Libertarians.

1. Authorities. I lifted off some of my restrictions, making "Indirect Democracy" available for non-Authoritarian ethos and "Dictatorial" for non-Libertarian.

"Direct Democracy" and "Imperial" will still require Libertarian/Authoritarian ethos respectively.

2. Living Standards changed to become a bit more flexible:

"Social Equality" requires Fanatic Altruist + non-Authoritarian
"Stratified Economy" requires Fanatic Egoist + non-Libertarian
"Social Welfare" requires non fan.Egoist
"Decent" requires non fan.Altruist

3. "Enlightened Socialism" government is renamed to become "Enlightened Despotism" and now is (Dictatorial + non-Authoritarian + fan. Altruism)

Following user's feedback, I had to re-shake things a bit.

I pulled back "Shared Burden" living standard - now it's called "Social Equality", which is generally available for Libertarian/Altruist ethic combination and is set by default for "Socialistic Ideals" civic.

"Socialistic Utopia" living standards are now available through a new ascension perk - "Socialistic Utopia", which can be picked only for "Socialistic Ideals" civic.

All these was done because living standards are hardcoded in vanilla and it's impossible to tweak the amount of Goods consumption they provide, which resulted in unfortunate outcome for those who pick "Socialistic Ideals" civic.

1. As I've stated in my Full Introduction earlier, I was not going to create specific Libertarian/Altruist and Authoritarian/Egoist civics, as there are particular types of Living Standards already in the game, covering for these.

But recently I've noticed that at least one of these civic are actually already there - Shared Burden practically covers the idea of a utopian Socialism. So, I've decided to re-shake things in a following way:

"Shared Burden" is changed for "Socialistic Ideals" and now is considered an advanced version of "Welfare State" civic, available for combination of Fanatic Altruist and Democratic authority. "Utopian" living standards are changed for "Social Equality" and set by default for this civic.

New civic added: "Slaving Despots" available for Authoritarian + Fanatic Egoist, and is considered as an advanced version of "Slaver Guilds" civic. It allows to build "Neo Colloseum" building and adds new "Gladiator" jobs.

*Living standards "Shared Burden" are disabled for the moment, as I see no particular need for them in the current frame. But I might pull it back later for a new specific Altruist civic - "Collective Self", which is going to represent "Eusocial" type of society - somewhat a "lite" version of Hive Mind for Earth-like civilizations. But it's still under construction.

2. Another old-new civic: "Bio-Engineers" (materialist).

3. Number of Ethic points is set back to 5 - as recently I've increased the number of civics, which require 2 or sometimes even 3 ethic points (like yellow themed governments), this step seems appropriate.
