- P3 now starts with a market
- Added a number of P3 yurts in the impassable mountains, so he doesn't need to use as much space for house building
- Added a non-essential quest that allows P2 to buy a masterwork axe for his heir

- Slightly reduced Frisian Slinger spawn time
