fixed a possible name conflict with the models if you use anything else that uses these models as well. also upped the power consumption levels.

fixed subtypeid. created v1 oxygen farm category, and created all three tiers.

t1 oxygen farms:
>150.0 oxygen output
>8 KW

t2 oxygen farms:
>300.0 oxygen output
>16 KW

t3 oxygen farms:
>600.0 oxygen output
>32 KW
