  • added a game rule to allow idea group unlock dates be dependent on starting date (so e.g. with that enabled and starting in 1939 the first idea group is unlocked in 1940, etc.)

  • fixed alerts positioning for when the La Resistance DLC was not active

  • Japan shouldn't spend PP on ideas anymore, if it can use decisions to get rid of the Marco Polo Bridge Incident national spirit

  • mod should now have a basic compatibility with BICE (which means the GUI should work and the ideas should be applied, potential changes of BICE might still cause incompatibilities, such as changes to ideologies or equipment)

  • nerfed various ideas reducing idea cost

  • added 3 more idea groups
    • Internal Policy Ideas (ADM)
    • Resistance Ideas (DIP)
    • Occupation Ideas (MIL)

    • those groups will only be available when starting a new save game, if you want to have them in an on-going save you have to trigger the eu4_like_ideas_events.1000 event via console
