Nerfed and buffed this guy's scripts. He doesn't seem to want to let counter helix work. It should work now.

Made a minor change to script - fixed where it'd make the target counter helix rather than Axe himself. Why can't they implant a spinning animation? Oh well, still better than trying to jungle Meepo.

Implanted animations to when he does a counter helix.. He'll dance; it's the closest I could get for spinning. He'll do a 'brawl' animation when using his Culling Blade. Not exactly a jumping-axe-smash, but close enough.

Created this Axey guy. Well.. after making him, I realise some of his scripts don't seem very.. Prominant.. I mean, most people won't even know when he does a counter helix. Well, I'll change that soon.
