Fixed sawblade crash bug, _and_ the things-turn-purple bug!!! That was a hell of a coding session. Also completely reworked the damage HUD, bringing it on to the more recent net API and adding a new mode where it shows everything around you instead of just what you're looking straight at.

Fixed combine balls and manhacks doing disproportionate levels of damage. Added pdmg_comball_damage_mod convar, which is a multiplier for combine ball damage.

Added pdmg_exclude concmd which allows the user to exclude classes at runtime, fixed some left-in debugging prints, added pdmg_ex_cutoff, which excludes things under a certain HP level from being considered for damage.

Made CVAR descriptions a little more eloquent (Fantym wasn't a native English speaker, I don't think), added an option to add ragdolls to the exclusion list, added damage thresholds (essentially a system that makes it so that you can't break a big block with the pistol no matter how many shots you take; destroying a big object takes a big gun).

Fixed NPCs being one-hittable when pdmg_props_only was true. May have fixed issues with pdmg_enabled on servers.
