-Fixing names for better sorting in custom maps menu

-Squashed a ton of bugs.
-Upped the Ante a bit. (Infected waves now start on day 10 and put pressure on if no permanent defences are built)
-Fixed some inconsistancies in the story/Things that didn't make sense.
-Tightened up the forest a bit/Added more trees.
-Added a few new events that may be explored upon further down the road.
-Cleaned up excess trash.
