Decide the outcome of the Chrismas Coup in Argentina
Decide whether the Peru-Bolivian Confederation forms
Decide the political path for Peru
Decide the poltical path for Brazil
Decide who joins the Belgrade Pact
Decide who joins the Fourth Balkan War

The ACW can be avoided once again, but you'll need to download Von_Laughing's "Kaiserreich - Let's Avoid American Civil War" mod for it to work, though. Otherwise the option will give you a random result.
