-Fixed small bug with double muskets on some units

Balance update !
- Increased the upkeep of all units by 100 gold ( because hey, they're modern unit, you think keeping 20 units of cannon and musketmen is cheap ? )
- Removed gun trail at the courtesy of Furin

- Fixed the recruitment of Revolver and Carbine Cavalry by replacing Otomo exclusive units.
- Balanced the range of units for a more *modern and balance* gameplay, like how the American slaughter the natives American.
- Reduce all the unit ammunition ( Because with those range and reload speed, the enemy wouldn't even get the chance to get in range anyway )
