Version 1.2

Removed ACE Repair until fix for ACE Tire replacing is known. Until then vanilla repair applies to all repair vehicles.

Version 1.1
+ Added mapdat3`s additions, those include: working fuelstations, working fueltrucks, ace refueling for all western vehicles
* Fixed Main ACE Actions Interactions for all vehicles (include Passenger - Actions etc)
- Removed: temporairly removed SelfActions from Iltis such as Fold Windshield
