France should enter int the allies a little after the German's attack on Poland. So, Italy will not attack France during this time, until France join allies. Compared to the vanilla where Italy attack France in the same time of the attack of Poland.
This little delay will simulate a bit (not for a long time!) the "drôle de guerre" when France didn't do anything after the attack of Poland.
