Date limitations linked to sevral national priorities have been removed (I remind you that they only concerned IA). They were too restrictives and took away from IA's adaptability.
The mod is now less contraignant for the AI. In return, it removes a little historicity from it for some national priorities. It is a choice that I made.

For example the national priority "Join Allies" of Turkey in the Allies, which was only possible for the IA from February 1945 (historical date), is now possible without date restriction. So, for sure, Turkey will join the alliance earlier.
Of course, I made sure to delay its entry into the allies a lot by keeping the essence of the mod: the rearrangement of the order of priorities that the AI ​​will choose. The same goes for Germany which will be able to ask Turkey or Spain to join the Axis, the coup d'état of King Micheal (Romania) which will happen sooner than in the old version of the mod, the annexation of the Tannu Tuva by the USSR will also occur earlier, as will some late US focus, etc.
