Lightened up the rotor subparts, large tubes from 24 ->6.
For small grid changed to small tubes. This is similar to vanilla values now.

-fixed what the SE update just broke. SISK IS THE MAN.
-Adjusted texture on solar support so the new carbon fiber looks right.

crash fix (hopefully)

-updated collisions on baseplate and type B (large and small) parts. Hopefully there is no more trouble "finding" it with the welder.
-better sun prediction to reduce error, and lowered max speed from 5 to 3 rpm.
-removed the "sun" design from around the sensor since too many people think it looks like a trash/error. lol
