added marker for tele exits

corrected arena file

fixed the map name in bsp and arena file

removed some files that ship with ql

added two granade shooters for CA with a button, and a teleporter from the back of the map where you otherwise get trapped

improved some clippings to get less often stuck

changed some pieces of the clippings for better game flow

added a few missing clippings, made the map smoother and amade many brushes detailed
