Now it depressures the exact amount of air according to atmosphere pressure outside.

It also checks if room is pressurized or not before depressurizing.

It results preventing that oxygen capacity of Oxygen Tank : Cargo Balance keeps going up everytime it triggers. In any planets, moons, space. it returns back the exact amount oxygen when it's pressurized. (+/- 5L)
