Fixes:
-Fixed issues with stair collisions.
-Fixed more floating terrain.
-Fixed more rigid body collision issues.
-Fixed stone archway collision issues.
-Fixed railway collision issues.
-Fixed majority of cliff collision issues, will fix the rest in next patch.

Removed:
-Wooden pull-carts, will re-add when I can figure out how to make the wheels turn.
-Water troughs were also removed last patch because of a texture glitch that I will have to fix.

Added:
-Some of the props in the General Hotel and the Saloon can now be interacted with.
