Removed starting crafting advantage

Fixed a bug that broke crafting of some items for players that are not hosting.

Removed the easier crafting recipes for Woodie's transformation idols. (They simply made things too easy if you were willing to exploit the recipe)

Added a small heal on hit to make using Weremoose form useful instead of debilitating.

Upped Lucy's damage to allow her to kill monsters with 100 hp in three total hits instead of four.

Changed crafting recipe for Moose and Goose to require no living logs, but far more boards.
