Version 2.0 aka REDUX

Added Combine c_arms to all playermodels.
Fixed the spawnmenu and playermodels names containing manclaw instead of Themanclaw. Sorry everyone!
Improved the spawnicons a bit.
Merged shotgunners and normal soldiers together since there wasn't a shotgunner skin in the models.
Made them stronger than vanilla Combine soldiers.
And some more small fixes and improvements...
