- Updated the colour of the Health bar to a purple colour so it was different to the power indicator

- Updated the display options when cycling the HUD with the TAB key
- Default = All HUD elements and selected block hints & info
- First cycle = All HUD elements without the hints & info
- Second cycle = No HUD elements displayed
