Updated texture for Rocket Fuel to differentiate from ChemFuel.

Restructured mod to prevent any possible conflicts with other mods,
Added research tab with more detailed research tree
Added rocket turbine. Produces large amounts of power using rocket fuel. Power production and rates may be rebalanced later.


Known issues:
Incompatable with 1.2 launchers and pods. Upgrading to this version will result in existing launchers and pods being deleted.
Temporary conversion recipes added to convert old rocket fuel to the new rocket fuel. To be removed in next version at which all existing old fuel will also be removed. Convert fuel asap
