V1.3 Release

Restructured mod to prevent any possible conflicts with other mods,
Added research tab with more detailed research tree
Added rocket turbine. Produces large amounts of power using rocket fuel. Power production and rates may be rebalanced later.


Known issues:
Incompatable with 1.2 launchers and pods. Upgrading to this version will result in existing launchers and pods being deleted.
Temporary conversion recipes added to convert old rocket fuel to the new rocket fuel. To be removed in next version at which all existing old fuel will also be removed. Convert fuel asap

Improved Launcher - Larger Chemfuel capacity for slightly longer range
Advanced Launcher - Launcher using Rocket Fuel for even longer range

Add 2 new transport pod
Large Transport Pod - 250kg of cargo capacity
Huge Transport Pod - 450kg of cargo capacity

Add new recipe
Rocket fuel - Process 10 Chemfuel into 5 Rocket Fuel

Add 2 new research
Transport Pods 2 - Unlocks Improved Launcher and Large Transport Pod
Transport Pods 3 - Unlocks Advanced Launcher, Huge Transport Pod, and Rocket Fuel recipe at bio refinery.
