Fixes the following issues:

1. Fixed Funcom update that broke lockpicking
2. Fixed Artisan upgrades not working correctly
3. Fixed Root so it breaks on damage
4. Fixed Fleetness of Foot so that is doesn't reduce a player's movement speed to 0% after three uses

Fixes the following issues:

1. New Riders dev kit.
2. Bark Skin, Blessed Armor, Mage Armor, and Mystic Armor have all had their particle effects removed because they interfere with combat.

Fixes the following issues:

1. Fixed Create Food, Create Water, and Blessed Armor so they don't cause corruption.
2. Healing, Healing Circle, Regeneration, and Regeneration Circle now only heal clan members.
3. Repulsion and Root now only work on non-clan members.
4. Fixed Faith and Fecund casting particle effects.

Roleplaying spells will still cause corruption.

Fixes the following issues:

1. Fixed several spells not correctly allowing NPCs to know they were attacked.
2. Changed several non-combat Fecund spells to generate no corruption.
3. Added Repulsion (Faith), Regeneration (Fecund), Regeneration Circle (Fecund), and Root (Fecund) spells.
4. Made all non-corrupting spells cause fatigue (stamina loss).

Roleplaying spells will still cause corruption.
