controls how fast blackiedon crafts apex drops works like Godshrine or evofuel ini configs so 10 would be 60 seconds per craft for example or 100 would be 6 seconds etc.
Added Crafting toggle to Blackiedon for inventory crafting in Radial ie HOLD E
Crafting time is now 10 minutes by defaul per craft and crafting is off by default
Elemental Reapers should no longer impregnate players wild or tamed
