+Eternal Feeder reduces weight of items in its inventory to 0 as well as has a 1000x spoil multiplier so that stuff doesnt spoil fast at all. Also reduced time for it to start to 10 seconds instead of 60.
+Eternal Berries are now craftable in the Eternal Grinder for 100 of each berry (Except Narco and Stim). 10 per craft.
