##Tainted Tomb Kings (Dynasty Lords)

- Reworked Arkhan’s unique Tomb King lords so they now have unique traits and some extra skills. The original unique Tomb King lords have now become accessible via the usual Lord recruitment panel
- Tomb King of Grief – passive trait that deals AOE damage in a small radius around the caster
- Tomb King of Terror – passive trait that debuffs leadership and speed in a small radius around the caster
- Tomb King of Madness – passive trait that enables a contact effect that inflicts rampage on enemy units
- Tomb King of Sacrament – passive trait that enables a few bound spells
- Two new sets of level 10 skills, one that buffs the lord, the other that buffs Grave Guard. Each lock the other out. Choose wisely...

##Raise Dead Mechanic

- Grave Guard can now only be raised via the Raise Dead mechanic
- Cairn Wraiths & Mortis Engine units can now be raised via the Raise Dead mechanic
- Adjusted the Raise Dead Script with various fixes and improvements
- UI has been updated

##Scrap Upgrades Submod

- Tomb Kings can now upgrade their units using canopic jars!

##Vampire Lords Submod

- Vampire Lords have now been made into their own submod and hence have been removed from the main mod
- Allows recruitment of Fleet Admiral, Blood Dragon, Strigoi, Necrarch, Lahmian, Von Carstein and the Wight King hero
- Vampire Coast units, Zombies (Pistols), Zombies (Handguns), Mournguls, Rotting Leviathans and Gunnery Promethians are only recruitable from the Fleet Admiral's shipbuilding

- Necromantic Web - restore the power of Nagash's waining essence to bolster commandments
- New Great Necropolis building chain that indirectly enhances the necromantic web & provides an assortment of other bonuses. Also unlocks recruitment of Nagashizzar Guard
- New updated unit cards for all of Arkhan's Vampiric units
- New and updated technology & skill node node icons
- New Nagashizzar Guard unit recruitable from the Halls of Nagashizzar landmark
- Four new Tomb King Lords that can be unlocked via technology with access to unique mounts and skill trees (traits will be updated in the comming days)
- New Skeleton Warrior and Spearmen units with unique unit cards now serve Arkhan. These can be recruited from any Tier 1 Burial Mound


##Balance

- Arkhan's Lore of Vampires is now broken into two segments (no more Wind of Death upon reaching level 2) Loremaster of Vampires has been added to the end of the skilltree.
- Commandment level effects (vanilla) from the Necromantic Web do not increase with each level. They do however apply extra effects from level 2 - 5.
- Public Order bonuses have been removed from Garrison buildings
- Public Order bonuses and weapon strength bonuses have been removed from Halls of the Dead buildings

##Adjustments

- Adjusted several technologies effects
- Adjusted the skill "Guardians of the Underworld" so it now provides bonuses to Skeleton Warriors and Spearmen
- Adjusted the skill 'Right Hand of Nagash' so it also provides recruitment rank to Skeleton Warriors, Spearmen, Cairn Wraiths and Grave Guard units
- Crypt Horrors, Varghesists & Terrorgheists are once again available to recruit from the Fell Tree building chain
- Skill Dumps are now available at level 20, down from 23
- Burial Mound Tier 3 has had its cost increased to better reflect the units it makes available

###Raise Dead

- Arkhan can now access the Raise Dead UI and resurrect minions to help in the fight against Settra and to bring about the resurrection of his master, Nagash
- The units available are limited to Skeleton Spearmen & Swordsmen, in addition to Crypt Ghouls, Fell Bats and Dire Wolves, with higher replenishment chances when a province is fully under Arkhan's control
- This mechanic will be expanded on gradually over time with stronger monsters being available from certain regions
- Huge huge thanks to sh1ny for the custom made script that made the Raise Dead mechanic possible.


###Arkhan's unique Tomb King Lords

- "Taint of Nagash" skill now increases post battle loot and enables the bound spell `Gaze of Nagash`
- "Blessed Blades" skill now enables `Poison Attacks` and increases melee attack by +3
- "Desert Crown" skill aura effect reduced to 2/4, down from 4/8, and aura size 25/50, down from 50/100
- 5 new traits have been added to the character selection pool
- Tomb King is no longer able to equip arcane items

###Technology

- "Cursed Relics" now increases armour by +10, down from +15
- "Unnatural Strength" now increases weapon strength by +10%, down from +15%
- Updated "Defiled & Desecrated Dynasty" with some flavour text

- Updated unit cards for Skeleton Warriors and Spearmen

###Units

- New skeleton archer unit which functions the same as the regular variants but with unique projectiles
- Skeleton Archers can be recruited from the Burial Mound
- Fell Bats, Dire Wolves, Crypt Ghouls can now only be recruited from garrisons & Necropolis building chain
- Nagashizzar Guard can now only be recruited from the Halls of Nagashizzar landmark. Capacity slightly increased
- Nagashizzar now have unique shield designs

###Arkhan's Chariot

- Now also enables the wayfarer ability

- Tomb Kings now have Temperate climate suitability

- New building icon for the Necropolis building chain

These tests were done using a mod called Campaig Autorun. Spent a few 30+ games just observing Arkhan's faction and he seems to perform much better than before.
