Updated to latest version of Nextbot 3.0, added spawner, melee now does not have knife :(, and more idle and reload quotes

Added Separatist Leader(First tried to add the weapon pack, but it didn't work[Doesn't appear in spawn menu, it did when I was testing]) and updated Melee Separatist(again)
