1st update of world.

Fixed build error on 1st ship (no hydro reaching top thruster).

Removed 2 reactors and relocated 1 reactor for roof access to allow it to be used as an emergency reactor (or to charge batteries).

Added 4 atmo thrusters for vertical lift in junction between wings and main body.

Added 6 parachutes in case of power failure (assuming they still work without power).

1st ship built in world for upgrading from atmo only to atmo/hydro.
