Updated for v1.7 - Rearranged interior devices to make room for a shield generator; you may install in the aft engine area above passenger dorms now if you wish!
Also changed/updated some outdated things- adding T4 CPU units, removing RCS, etc.

Fixed for A11 -
- Added Tier 4 CPU
- Removed most T2 RCS - only 4 now
- Updated rails to new style
- Couple minor hull adjustments
