Added missing items Staff of Wizardry and Crown.
Boosted medium/large/ancient drops by 5% total chance, a 50%/100%/100% (respectively) increase relative to original release.

Removed more misc unneeded code (heroes/skills should be based on current patch now and forever).

Edited description to be more transparent of how everything works.
