* merged religious teachers from "NPCDialogues" datatable
(removed OfferedFeatIDs from religious trainers)
(added conan as religious trainer of Crom)
(added PurchasedItems to OfferedPUrchase selection)
(itemIDs 2019010001-2019010007)

* merged complete 'ReligiousSelections datatable
(unchecked 'Active' checkbox for each religion excelpt 'None')

* merged base religion feats from 'FeatTable'
(had to change feat number for Mitra (201910001) due to issue where Mitra would be auto chosen at charager creation)
(added feat for Crom)
(updated required feat for other Mitra feats to the new id for the base Mitra feat)

* added religious consumables via a merged ItemTable (2019010001-2019010007)
(added 7 consumables, one for each religion)

* added 7 'buffs' to the game
(this allows the consumption of the new religious items to learn the religious feats)
(this also is where the logic is placed that checks to see if a religion is already learned)
