Updated SBS BANSHEE Mk.I Jet Boat (Legacy).

FINAL MODIFICATION: MODIFIED the Control Planes to be side mounted rudders that are controlled by a PID in order to maintain the desired Control Plane angle (ideally should be 0). Similar to the update for the STINGRAY Jet Boat.
