Updated SBS STINGRAY Mk.II Jet Boat. Renamed vehicle from "SBS STINGRAY Mk.II Jet Boat (WIP)" to "SBS STINGRAY Mk.II Jet Boat".

Updated SBS STINGRAY Mk.II Jet Boat.

Changed Deployable Control Vanes to Static Vanes located on the sides of the Mandibles (3 per side). Tied all the Vanes to a PID controller which will attempt to keep the Vessel Tilt equal to the value provided in the CONTROL VANE DISPLAY at Front Right. Best to leave at 0.000 for high speed runs.

Moved the Water intakes to the mandibles so that they are lower on the vessel. In their previous location they had a tendency to be lifted out of the water causing the engines to sputter due to lack of water for the fluid jet.

Updated SBS STINGRAY Mk.II Jet Boat (Fluid Jets) (WIP).

Updated the Alerting with new microcontrollers that allow for multiple thresholds to be monitored on one value. Completed Engine and Control deck drain pump setups. Fixed Fuel Cross Connect on refuelling that wasn't working properly.

Removed previous "air based" Control Planes in front and replace them with an underwater deployable version.
