Bug Fixes:
- Non-Gestalt Rapid Replicators gives edict
- Technical Development no longer limited to just fanatical materialists, fixed incorrect tooltip
- Determined exterminators start on normal worlds
- Master Computer can no longer release vassals, due to an unfixable bug

- Cybernetic Creed factions now have more variable demands

Tweaks:
- Cybernetic Evolution starts with Primitive Cyborg
- Organic Construction produces consumer goods partially from food
- Cloud Memory no longer gives leader upkeep reduction, now only available to virtual pops
- Advanced cybernetic traits now require Cybernetic Finisher
- Advanced robot traits now also unlocked for physical synthetic empires

Bug Fixes:
- New AI personalities will use various vanilla rooms, instead of the default

Removals:
- Removed Emotion Emulator civic (now redundant)
- Removed Garrison Bots, Delicate, Eusocial Software, Modular Assembly, Overclocking Hardware, and Enhanced Machinist (now redundant)
- Removed Emotion Emulators and Grotesque (now redundant)
- Removed cyborg and synth transgenesis techs (now redundant)
- Removed cyborg and synth mastery tech (now redundant)
- Removed Cloud Memory (cyborg)
- Removed required species traits. Some have been converted into stand-alone traits, or merged with existing traits.
