Additions:
- New Civic: Environmental Caretakers
- Death Priests and Mortal Initiates will not resettle from doomed homeworlds
- Doomsday + Death Cults, when your homeworld is destroyed, gain unity and influence for each pop that died
- Prosperity Finisher gives +5 Stability

Tweaks:
- Galactic Doorstep now gives -25% hyper-relay cost (from -15%)
- Damn the Consequences now has a fixed cost
- Damn the Consequences now gives +25% upkeep per overtuned trait
- Damn the Consequences now gives +100% leader upkeep
- Rebalanced resort worlds according to vanilla changes

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Melodic not giving extra amenities from entertainers

Removals:
- Removed progenitor hive ftl drives (now redundant)
- Galactic Doorstep no longer gives research bonus
