New event (reinforcements arriving) at day 38 wins the game. This is incase any infected go into the trees and get stuck... (rare but it has been reported).

South Tesla Tower couldn't be repaired as it was now too far away from the CC following the last hotfix. This issue has now been fixed.

Made some changes to infected positioning to try and ensure they don't reach Inverness before you do. Also slightly increased infected count further south.
