The folder "Steam\SteamApps\common\CraftTheWorld\mods\Mordinos Mod\data" contains the file char_levels.txt

replace them in the folder "Steam\SteamApps\common\CraftTheWorld\data".

They now level faster and get new population faster.

Note: Achievements that require a certain level still need the old XP.
