Banshee shriek less earrape'y now + Nerfed quickdash

Fixed some death messages + Lava Geysers no longer burn spectators

Added drpz_instaults command - Thanks ChristmastreeWiffers for the suggestion!

Fixed some spectating errors + trying to fix spellcasting that doesn't work on some clients.
