Somehow last update didn't actually update?

New commands: drpz_alwaysextend and drpz_randomspells. Fixed the dashing system - made it less clunky and less sensitive. Fixed some bugs with messages. Spells save after leaving a server - you get them when you connect again.

Added some powerup spawns

Killing someone with Boing now registered as a valid death reason

Nerfs, buffs and a new spell: Manipulator
