- Added Universal Resource Patch slots in range 0-255[github.com], ie. urp_000 urp_001 urp_003 etc.

You can name a resource in this range to have your custom resource immediately supported without URP needing an update. This should future-proof URP in case updates cease to be or become irregular. Once URP updates you could name your resource properly and write an event for all countries converting slot resource into unique name resource.

Example script effect. Make sure to fire it as a country_event for each country to avoid all countries bumping up the same variable.
