-rewrote 80% of everything in the mod, specifically to combat lagg-out on heavily modded servers
-switched scanning methods for more efficiency
-fixed ini config for slot max
-fixed pickup issues

Added:
* missing vanilla ammo and armor
* tek stuff
* deeper digging for classes - some "generic" classes are non functional
* new MU Radial action buttons
(required a ground up reconstruction but i believe i optimized the scanning a bit better at the same time)
