* Small fix to relocate the Smuggler's Armor Stand to the Smuggling category.

* Moved all Smuggling blueprints into their own category.
* Fixed a bug with the Smuggler's Battery Bank, which had 'Create Player Town' still set to True. Checked every other object to ensure this was the only thing with this problem.

Just gave Master Builder some skeleton love, with an enhanced repair kit, repair beds, and a skeleton limb bench.

Breaking change, unfortunately, as I had to rework the Smuggler's Backpacks. I'll be more careful with those kinds of changes in the future.

Master Builder is now solo. There's no need for all those pack animals, not with all the materials you've got now.

On top of that, I tested out researching on a Master Builder. You have all the mats and it will take less than 5 minutes to research absolutely everything. Use the Master Builder's Research Table, everything will be researched at hyperspeed.

Added several more buildings for master builder, and added a more intelligent building upgrade path for Smugglers.

Gave the Smuggler a helper, because in playtesting I kept wanting someone to handle the water and help me build.

Numerous other changes, too many to mention.
