-Added ST Versions of all Factions
-Added Custom Ammo Crates
-Added Vehicle Spawner
-New Map Layers
-New Gamemode: Badmin Sandbox

Custom Factions
-Magnified Optics variants removed from all Non-Marksman

Badmin Sandbox
-Empty Maps with main bases as only POI
-No Round Timer
-No Ticket Limit

Ammo Crates
-Removes vanilla optics variants and points to ST Factions
-Replaced vanilla ammo crates in SL deployables menu

Vehicle Spawner
-Added multiple to Badmin Layers, 1 for each team on other layers
-Spawner is configurable to any faction's vehicles in editor
-Can spawn or delete any vehicle for chosen faction
-Smart Spawn/Delete: no action when player on pad/in vehicle
