- Bumped up the crossbowmen ranged skill.

- Gave everyone minimum money of 200. Everyone should spawn with a bit more money on average. Max money and income remain the same.

- Changed holy crossbowmen weapon from longsword to short cleaver to match the HN preference for hacker weapon.
