Added a hook for giving abilities HP Costs.
Added a hook for making abilities apply Blood Curse.
Added a hook for giving abilities Life Steal that will benefit from Abyssal Hunger/etc.
Shell Shock and Deadly Haze are now applied when a proxy mine detonates, instead of when it is launched.
That also fixes Proficiency Sappers having a useless Launch Grenade for their defensive mine.

Psi Bullet now applies bloodcurse on direct hits, instead of only if units move through the curse cloud it creates.
Fixed a bug that caused Nictating Membranes to increase instead of negate the associated aim penalties.
Most Grenade abilities moved to Grenade AbilitySet.
Deadly Haze, Shellshock, Zombie Grenades now only apply to enemies.
Various Smoke buffs now only apply to friendlies.
New method of determining attack grenades - any grenade that has a base damage >0, or is in the attack grenade array. This includes rockets.
Switched Lash Out and Thunderstorm back to not being able to crit, so thier behaviour is consistent with other psi lightning abilities.

Anomally now uses a custom damage tag.
Fixed Stinging Gale being unable to target anything due to a bizarre extra target condition.
Added default configs for Ability To Slot Reassignement for psi, arcthrower, gremlin and holotargeter skills.

Disabled logging from TenebrousForm.
Fixed Teleport, Blink and BloodTeleport sometimes playing the wrong animation on units with other teleport abilities.
Fixed soldiers only having BloodTeleport's animset if they also had Teleport.
Regen from Regen Pheremones should now be removed on death. (dead things regening gets wierd)
GunPoint's Stun is no longer considered Mental.
Most damaging Psi abilities now use custom damage tags. This allows ones that do non-psi damage to harm foes immune to psi.
LashOut, Thunderstorm can now crit.
RushedShot and Thunderclap have been rewritten to use fewer gamestates. should help mitigate some weirdness.
Fixed Transposition so that the two passives adding effects to it actually work.
Updated the contained chimera icons UPK with the corner adjustments by NeIVIeSiS.

Removed cinecam from most psi abilities. wasn't working well with the much faster animations.
Chain attacks can now chain between different enemy factions.
Manu Forti's flat damage bonus now scales with the caster's psi, instead of being static.
Added a small psi-scaling reduction in addition to Amor Fati's % damage reduction.
Aurora Wave's Manu Forti/Amor Fati effect strength is no longer seperately configurable.
Removed Mind Merge's Will Bonus (could cause fatigue issues in certain situations). Added Psi and Hack bonuses.
Added a range limit to Transmit Prana; is roughly equivelent to sight range.
Slightly increased default range limits on several other psi support skills.

Voltaic Arc should no longer be considered a melee attack.
Fixed StaticShockShot not being able to target robotic foes. (used by Storm Shock, Static Shock and Forked Lightning)
Magnus Exorcismus now defaults to the secondary slot. this is a fix for Chaplain's GTS skill not working correctly.

voltaic arc's attack now defaults to the secondary slot. this an attempting fix for it not working properly for the patchwork class, which recieves it as a GTS skill.

removed the merge viz from a couple gene mods. was causing crashes when kills were made with certain abilities.

Fixed Healing Aid benefiting from psi instead of hack.
Enrage now has a passive icon.
Enrage will now display a buff when then soldier would benefit from it.
Fixed Nictating Membrane's icon.
