Adjusted Jolt Awake to reflect the highlander fixes for Revival Protocol.
Fixed MindShieldSmoke not removing mental ailments from targets of smoke abilities.
Mighty Smoke no longer grants might to the shooter on smoke abilities that don't smoke the shooter.
Fixed AcidBullet not applying acid without also learning explosive bullet arts.
Update specialty slot code for psiamp/focus ones to not check Unknown slot for duplicates. (typicaly where an item that's pending being equipped is)
Spoonism abilities should no longer react to any other spoonism abilities (instead of just special treatment for Field of Zero).
Barriers should remove themselves once sufficient shield has been lost, even if duration has not been expended yet.
Shellbust Stab will now remove barriers, including the one from clotting.
Burn Ward, Armour of Suffering, Sick Society, Shock Ward, Acid Ward, Impulse Field: no longer consider psionic. copypasta lol.
Regenerate, TakedownHeal, CritHeal, RayzeelSong: will no longer benefit from Savior (or other effects using the same trigger to modify healing).
% Missing Health Heals: the flat and % values are no longer added together, instead, whichever is higher will be applied.
ArcCleave: no longer uses Soulfire damage. now uses 50% base weapon damage as psi.
ArcCleaveTemplar: no longer uses volt damage. now uses new damage tag, does (2/4/6) psi damage.
Power Crush and Mind Crush are no longer usable with Gunpoint AP. I don't remember why they were.
Most knife skills now require proper visibility.
Mass Panic is no longer gaurenteed to hit. This was causing it to just not work.
New icons for Ray of Life, Kinetic Push, Kinetic Pull and Kinetic Rescue, by EvilBob22.

Increased Mana cost of manateleport from 2 to 4.
Adjusted BloodDrain, TasteOfPain lifesteal values to not be accidently too tiny.
Altered necro focus to be a chance on death to give 1mp, scaled by the dying unit's killXP and focusrecovery.
Particularily high combination of KillXP and recovery may give sometimes give 2mp instead.
I have a cooler idea, but it's still very WIP, so you get this nerf instead. enjoy.
Buffed void focus from 9 to 12.

Bloodline, Open Vein: no longer considered explosive. because... what? why?
Curse Breath, From Below It Devours: now correctly benefit from BloodSplatter
Last Wish, Last Stand: now correctly update LowestHP when triggered.
Fixed Isms Concussive Shot not triggering the correct stun ability.
New Icons for slot abilities, by EvilBob22.
Altered the validation for specialty slots to not block items that fall into multiple categories. hopefully this does not cause worse bugs.

Spoonism chasers can no longer trigger off of Field Of Zero shots. (mainly to stop double-FoZ bullship)
Corrected a typo that caused Blood Drain and Taste of Pain to not use the correct animation.
Fixed a typo that caused Finish The Movement to be unlocalized.
Healer's mind no longer specifically requires PsiHeal (since it also boosts ray of life charges)
Fixed Bloodline and Open Vein not doing anything to the primary target. oops.

Fixed Venom Bolt doing no damage with a t3 amp.
Added missing damage config for the crown for newish abilities. woops.
Medishot now only costs 1AP (turn ending), regardless of the associated weapon.
Medishot, Transmit Prana: now hightlight tiles in range while the ability is selected.
Adjustments to various other abilities that have that to do it more properly too.
Fixed Aegis Desire not working because it's trigger ability had the wrong name.
Reworked Final Blow so it now works on AoE attacks as well, and cannot be negated by deflect/etc. (apparently it wasn't working before anyway. trololol.)
Attempted fix for Life Shift injuring the unit with it every battle.

Changed a bunch of damage modifiers to not do anything if current damage is 0.
Hellish Rebuke no longer randomly fails to work for the mission if psi offense is low.
Hellish Rebuke's attack now uses a proper hit calc.
Vitals Shot will now play a flyover if the instant kill triggers.
Fixed Acidball using Fireball's range config. they're the same by default tho, so *shrug*.
Added a "melee" visibility check to psi support skills. the only function that should be lost is Mens Sana to cancel MC on targets no ally can see, but might improve performance on maps with lots of enemies.
Added a melee vis check to shotgun wedding's chaser shots. this will improve performance, but may result in some shots being lost if targets fall out of sight.
Restore Life, Flesh Of My Flesh: no longer rely on a chaser ability to proper rez the target. hurrah!
Fixed FireWhip and prolly a few other things not being able to disable Infinite Items instead of weapons with Infinite Ammo.
Minor config addition to prevent rulers from, in very specific circumstances, reacting to Last Wish or Blaze of Glory's stasis.
Updated viz on several abilities that use copys of faceoff's with changes from the highlander that make them apply ammo properly.
Double Up, Random Fire stuff: now reroll the ability hitcalc stuff. This is because if an attack hits is determined before anything can be done about changing targets. boo.
Swallow Reverse, Diving Slash: should now convert Reflect or CounterAttack HitResults into regular misses. Go forth, and sword a muton.

Fixed RagingShot not being created properly.
Medishot can no longer target enemies. why was that a thing anyway.
Fixed TakedownVanish unvanishing immediately.
Changed the calculation of Amor Fati's damage reduction, so it should no longer provide total negation of low damage hits.
Changed Manu Forti's calculation too so they work similiarly.

Fixed GrimyEnrage's dummy passive displaying as a buff.
Fixed DivingSlash only being able to reset on the very first turn.
Fixed PointBlank never getting it's aim/crit bonus.
Fixed BurialProtocol not refunding it's AP cost on kill.
Fixed RipjackBleed not actually working.
Added 1 damage hit to Poison Dart Volley's extra shots, so you can see if they miss.
Changed a bunch of ability icons. Including Medishot, by EvilBob22.

Fixed Silent Partner using Stubborn Partner's config values, resulting in bullshit.
White Flame will now also remove non-mental stuns.
Fixed ShockCircuits crashing the game on mission start.
Fixed a bug that was causing Mist Gatherer to apply to starting mana instead of mana recovery.
Fixed an issue with converted damage with negative scalars that would result in greater than intended damage reduction.
ShockBullet will no longer apply Stock damage twice on a miss. (oops)
RuptureBullet no longer reduces initial hit damage by it's rupture amount. (there was a highlander change that altered rupture behaviour)
Fixed a bug that would prevent equipping certain finite items in the specialty slot (ex. Canisters)

Added MZElectroShot
