altered the way blade artist's damage bonus is calculated.

fixed shotgun wedding chaser showing up as a blank line in Mr Nice's Fixes
hopefully fixed softlocking when using certain abilities with special guns with Mr.Nice's fixes.

added flyover to healing effects (cauterize, panacea, some wip psi powers)

Macabre Waltz will no longer falsely appear to be a free action with cbac.
Added configs so Mr. Nice's weapon fixes will apply the aoe ammo fix to many abilities.
several abilites will now use WeaponTypicalCost.

Skills with HP costs now have Red backgrounds.

Rewrote the way Grimy's Fury's Psi attacks are implemented; you can now use them alongside the regular non-strafy versions.

Added 25 new perks.
