+ Removed:
- Governments nerfs modifers.
- Removed from Event trigger conditions: is_core, has_siege, is_blockaded and is_looted (added them on modifiers list).
- Removed autonomy modifiers.

+ Added:
- Special modifiers for: Sieges, Blockaded and Looted provinces.
- Exclusive buildings bonus to Vanilla playthrough, separating them from Extended Timeline Mod buildings modifiers.
- Modfiers for Unrest, War Exhaustion and Stability.
- Added modifiers for: Reformation Centers, Religious Centers, Trade Post, Estuaries, Birphplace of institutions and Special Buildings.
- Decision to change game speed during the game.
- Decision to enable/disable historical date modifiers.
- Added modifiers for Province Core and Islands modifiers.

+ Rebalanced:
- Big overall rebalance on modifiers. Mostly reducing the impact because the large number of modifiers added that resulted was a large gap between the max and min mean time for the event to fire.
- Rebalanced technology groups modifiers, trying to follow the world development.
- Better depth to Centers of Trade modifiers.
- Development changes (when event fires): Base Tax (55%~65%), Production (50%~60%) and Manpower (20%~30%).
- Game speeds configurations, limiting choices.

+ Removed:
- Removed some factors that limited a province if the 'province' development is too high bellow specific dates.
- Removed some factors that limited a province if the 'total' development is too high bellow specific dates.

+ Added:
- Added some descriptions to the factors on event file.
- The more developed the province, the faster it will grow.
- Devastation: the more devastation there is, the slower it will grow.
- Prosperity: the more prosperous, the faster it will grow.
- Years before 1450, you will get an increase on mean time to fire the event. After 1500, ou will get a decrease. And after 1800 a stepier decrease on the mean time to fire the development event.
- Influence of religious tolerance to the development.

+ Rebalanced:
- Development increase (when event fires): Base Tax (75%~95%), Production (70%~90%) and Manpower (10%~25%) (This reduces lag on longer games, also it decreases problems of bigger nations having a much larger force limit).
- Increased buildings influence to development increase modifier.
- Halved base (100% speed) mean time for event to fire from 60~160 years to 15~60 years.
- Decreased influence of capital area modifier.
- Decreased the influence of neighbor province bonus modifier.
- Decreased autonomy influence modifier.
- Nerfed non-accepted cultures modifiers.

+ Corrected:
- Description events of the development increase and length of the decreased development cost bonus.
- Corrected neighbor province bonus duplicity.
