Fixed issue with 1.1:

Turns out both the core game lib and Unity get an overhaul and now requires higher version of .NET framework (4.5 at least I think instead of the 3.5 as specified in modding tutorial currently on wiki), thus I had to do some recompiling.

Also Harmony is now at v2, and the old v1 lib I was using doesn't like working with v2 that other mods are now using. Fixed that as well (and pushed .NET to 4.7.2). With that I had to rewrite a few code because of API changes.
